Marketing Automation: Acquisition of a marketing automation tool in the form of a licence enabling :
- Management of several online marketing campaigns
- Increase in customer retention thanks to a personalised follow-up of contacts
- Improved control of the database used to increase reach to prospects,
- Help with setting up dashboards for effective measurement.
Also acquisition of a GDPR compliant prospect database either through license subscription (LinkedIn Sales Navigator) or direct purchase
Social Media: Digital Marketing Consultancy for studies to define or improve your digital marketing strategy and help with setting up sponsored ads campaigns and dashboards for effective measurement.
Marketplaces: Translation of web page and e-commerce. Consultancy services (legal, fiscal) provided by a 3rd party for the launch of a new product or service
Online Ads: implementation of marketing campaigns and optimisation of the online presence. Examples: Google Adwords, online banners, press distribution services, search engine optimisation (SEO), influencers, social media ads, landing page for a specific marketing campaign abroad.

Programmes to support the digitalisation of Luxembourg companies
The Ministry of the Economy in partnership with Luxinnovation and the House of Entrepreneurship has put in place a series of Fit 4 Digital packages to help Luxembourg companies digitalise their business. This includes co-funding of consultancy for an in-depth review of business processes and implementation of digital tools, including advice on digital marketing.
